Double Precision on PC

On W2K, Revolution 1.1.1 B2, double precision seems to be used.  
That is an 8-byte floating point representing about 15 digits.  My 
compiler reference mentions long double (10 bytes representing 
about 19 digits).  I think there is an extended (16 bytes?).
