Image size

Maybe I'm just missing something very simple, but I'm looking at an picture
image that the palette says is 450x250. I'm looking at the exact same image
in Fireworks. The image in Rev looks to be 60% the size of the Fireworks
image, and the Fireworks image appears correctly (meaning it looks to be
about six inches across). All my Rev images show up way too small on the
screen. What am I missing?
