This is exactly what it's doing in my PowerBook. It has 48 mb, and can only
go to 64 mb. The extra 16 mb memory involves changing out a card, and is
very difficult to locate.

I have 20480 K (same as yours?), which is the suggested value. Has the
problem, though.
