Hi Josh and Mike,

You may want to try a free download of 'Icon Studio' for Windows PCs at:
http://www.html-helper.com.

I used it for my Will Creator program (initially done on my Mac put 
completed and built on  my PC.  I assume that you have a Windows PC.
