Checking stacks for non-commercial

I'd like to make sure that a stack has never been saved with an 
educational edition of Revolution.  Is there a way to do that by 
examining the stack?

Is there a way for a stack to check whether the current development 
environment is an educational edition?

I can always ask for a certification (or simply a comment in the 
stack or control script) from stack suppliers, but if there is an 
easy, commonly-known way to check, I'd like to do that, too.
