Grouping Rectangle

Could some kind person on this list explain to me how to create 3-D looking rectangles and
accompanying text labels that can be used to group related items on a card?  An example of
what I'm talking about can be found at the bottom of the Colors Properties palette (select
Colors and Patterns from the Object menu).  The words: Color Properties are associated with
a rectangle that surrounds the Brush and Pen color settings.
