Sending a file to a server

Hello Rev Users!

I am attempting to send a file to a web server.  I am able to get REV to
download a file, but the upload seems to be giving me some trouble.  The
information I have to work with is:

The host address (ie, 123.456.7.89), the UserName, the password and the
Directory.  I know that the folder permissions are Ok.

I've been through the documentation and can't seem to get it to work.
Anyone out there know how to do this?  If so, please enlighten me.
