Well, I found the standalonebuilder after trawling through back messages on the Metacard Use-lIst, decompressed it and put it in a folder called 'mccomponents' inside my Metacard folder right next to the 'mctools.mc' stack. But Metacard still does not see the stack, so I am obviously doing something wrong.
