Reading Jacque's Version History documentation I read: "Added support for a new 'mcomponents' folder" and "Added Richard's "mcStandaloneBuilder.rev" stack" and , having built Metacard from Jacque's 2.0.1 stack on RevOnline on the back of RR/LC 4.5.0 am quite unable to locate either...... would be most grateful for pointers.
