Setting up MC from scratch

You need this:

<http://www.hyperactivesw.com/revnet/metacard_setup.zip>

This is a setup stack. Open it in Rev and click a few buttons (should be 
obvious, but there is also Help in the stack if you need it.) It will 
download the latest MC IDE and build the MC installation for you.
