[ANN] STS XML Library 2.0.2 Available

Just a quick note to let you all know that I have posted version 2.0.2 of
the STS XML Library at my web site which fixes a couple of small handful of
bugs and provides an enhancement to stsXML_GetNodeData to get access to
embedded CDATA.
