Hi WIlhelm,

It was explained to me at one time that some of the
rev externals (like revDB and revXML) check to see if
the user has the proper license to use the advanced
features (like Oracle for revDB, and DTD validation in
revXML)
So this might be a good time to bugzilla it and
request that the check is adapted for MC users, who
are by definition enterprise users, if I recall
correctly.
