XML Library in the MC IDE?

I resend my post below (addressed to the use-revolution list) to you as
"Metacard specialists".

Has anybody tried and succeeded to work with the XML library in the MC IDE?

Of course one could write one's own routines for processing XML files
where needed, but there *is* a XML library and I am wondering how it
could be integrated in Metacard as it possible with other Rev-specific
libraries or handlers.
