revUnloadSpeech not working

Does anyone else have a problem when using the revUnloadSpeech command when  
not using the revolution IDE?
 
I get an error that the function is not recognised although the other  speech 
functions work fine.
 
Since the speech sapi cannot be unloaded, the program hangs on exit  and 
requires a forced quit from the task manager. Makes speech  unusable.
 
Bug reported 2238 back in September, but not yet officially confirmed by  
Tuviah.
