popup stacks bug?

Ah! The good old days! When 20Mb was all you would EVER need, and the 
internet was used by 6 people in Califormia.

Hmmm... The menuName property for the panel is required as a main menu btn, 
and the menuName of the panel btn is also required. Thus no msg rcd until 
mouseClick. So we seem a bit stuck.
