new OSX installs

Getting a new installation of MC under OSX ain't so simple. All the 
instructions posted with MC_IDE presume that an earlier OSX version 
is already installed.

www.metacard.com has no longer any downloadables on their web site, 
directing people instead to RunRev and MC_IDE. ftp.metacard.com still 
has the 2.5 version but OSX package seems to be misssing. The MC_IDE 
distribution has only the stacks. Rev's site has only the engine. So, 
how one gets an OSX package to assemble MC 2.5.1 or 2.6? I found 
2.4.3 package for OSX on Mark's Talluto's mirror, which should be 
good enough to start with (will try it tommorrow).

There should be at least a link to that mirror on MC_IDE web site 
with appropriate info.
