Returns "up" or "down" depending on the position of the
keyboard Control key on UNIX and Windows systems, and
the Command (cloverleaf) key on MacOS.  This function
is the same as the controlKey function on UNIX and
Windows systems.  The name of this function can be
abbreviated as cmdKey.

While not as comprehensive as Revolutions in some respect, the MetaCard
documentation is very useful.  If you can't find something in the MetaTalk
Reference (where I usually go first for answers), you can check out the
Index stack, also available from the Help menu, which provides a
keyword-searchable index of significant topics.
