writing files on HD vs overwriting files on Apache CGI

JB:

on startup
      put "Hello" into url "file:../hawaii/sometext.txt"
  end startup


This works for me... where the directory "hawaii" is set to 755 (rwx 
r-x r-x)

A new file is auto created.
