If you really want to be safe, I would suggest recompiling as a 
Metacard-native external. Or else eliminate all the callbacks- are there any 
that really need to be made and not done internally?

You can find the MetaCard external package at ftp.metacard.com- you should 
only need to change the code in your main() routine to use the appropriate 
MetaCard callbacks.
