mouseenter/mouseleave and pointer tool

I have always seen this. It does seem a little odd,, though. You can always place something like this wherever you need to, but I know your question is “Why do I need to”

on mouseEnter

if the tool = "browse tool" then pass mouseEnter

end mouseEnter
