Something funky is going on the website. It was off for maintenance a couple minutes ago and then all of a sudden, I receive a notification from the updater stack to download 9.6.4

There was no release cycle for 9.6.4. The release is marked as stable. Where were the DPs and RCs for that release?

Went to https://downloads.livecode.com/livecode/ <https://downloads.livecode.com/livecode/> and wow, all the DP and RC are gone. Only stable versions are listed. What is going on?
