mailto: string with attachment

I think Matthias is correct, i see several topics on the web that using 
attachments is not possible with mailto:

There is a little solution here: 
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1195111/c-sharp-mailto-with-attachment 
but for windows using MAPI32.dll, so not for mac
