Dear Sean,

If you look back through that thread you will see that we did more than apologise. We expressed regret, and we also showed willing to jump in and fix the issue as soon as was humanly possible. Which is all anyone can do when something goes wrong. We do not as yet have the ability to time travel in order to prevent the issue having arisen.

It is time to move on from this thread.
