OK, you're right. Seems like something went astray on that iPad when I restored it from a backup last week. I've just done a factory reset on it and my apps now install just fine under iOS 12.2.

        But we can't build for iOS 12.2.
        
        So we are out of luck 
        
        a) to test in our own iPhones
        b) to go live to the AppleApp store.
        
        Well anyway, if it works on Android, it has always worked on iPhone...I'll assume if it works on my Moto6, that we are good, for development. 
        
        I am two weeks away from an interim release...I need to keep the two platforms in sync.
