On the other hand, I think I'll just christian LC 9.0.4 RC-4 "Millennium"
after it froze 3 times in a row on Xubuntu 10.04 34-bit.

Best of luck getting back on track (as I'm sure you will) with LC 9.0.4 
RC-2.
