[ANN] Release 9.0.4 RC-1

I don't know but the IDE seems rather unresponsive. Menu's keep on 
screen even when switched to other program.

Before i started it i added it to Windows Defender just like the 
previous versions, so it won't be seen as something suspicious by 
Windows Defender.

Allready restarted it and same issue. Strange.
