About halfway down there is a section called "More Information" and "How 
can I use different Apple IDs for iCloud and my Apple Developer account?"

I did the thing where I created a new account on the Mac with my 
developer iCloud ID, but I haven't tried adding the account to my iCloud 
system prefs in my normal Mac user account yet. It's been a stressful 
week and I haven't even tried to log into Apple's dev portal.
