Interesting.   In his FAQ, Scott mentions B4X tools as a superior alternative to LiveCode for mobile development. It does look really nice.

If one really wanted that it wouldn't be too hard to build. Scott's
version was more complete, with multiple user accounts and other nice
touches. But the simpler version you described could be done in an
afternoon.
