THOUGHT: the [effective] [working] screenLoc

The screenloc is the center of the screen, not the center of the working 
area or content. The screenloc will never change on the same display, 
regardless of the content displayed on it.

What I think is being discussed is the loc of the card. This will change on 
desktop monitors if the stack size is changed. On mobile the card size is 
basically fixed most of the time and so the loc will also be a fixed 
coordinate.

Probably what's being asked for is a "working content center loc" function, 
but since it's so trivial to implement I don't see it as a high priority 
myself.
