Changes to use-livecode list.

Thank you very much for that recipe Peter Brett; very useful as I use 
Thunderbird on both Mac and Linux.

Returning to Macintosh I realise how much my experience on Mac has been 
enriched by what I learnt from
a 10 year sojourn on Linux . . .
