:) I was in there the other day to conduct some business with a personal 
rep, and they were all over me. He shook my hand, smiled a lot, and then 
when the manager had to approve a financial paper, she came out 
personally, introduced herself and shook my hand, thanked me for being a 
loyal customer, made some friendly chit-chat, and thanked me again. They 
both pressed their business cards on me and stressed that if I had any 
questions at all, I should call without hesitation.

When I left, I asked The Husband if they sucked up to everybody that 
way. They must have customers fleeing in droves. On the other hand, I'd 
like to think I really am that important. :)
