Force Phone-Sized Stack on iPad Simulator?

I wonder if that has changed recently? I was testing an app, and seemed to be able to switch hardware, and it was still there. It was on page two, so I had to scroll over to that, and also scroll the page down to reach it on the iPad Pro setting.
