Apple Color Picker is Screwed Up in El Capitan!!

Yes, crayons work fine in my LC 7.1 as well.

The Apple ColorSync Utility is available in the Utilities Folder. I get a Profile First Aid pane when I try to use it. However, repairs do not work because files are locked.
