IDE: find a string in a field

I'm on Mac OSX. cmd-f does pop-up a dialog, and allows me to set the 
scope (tab, card, stack, all stacks, etc.) - but nowheere (that I can 
see) does it give me a checkbox for "field text" ? Am I just blind to it 
(quite possible) ? :-)
