LC-only 'POST' file upload code?

Does anyone have a LC code you're willing to share that uploads a file 
to a server via POST? I'm looking for pure LC code, not where LC is used 
to build an HTML form that uploads a file in revBrowser or other browser.

Here's hoping! Otherwise I can use shell(curl) but would rather keep it 
in LC.
