Yes. I selected each stack and put in a password for it. I’m going to make a test stack and submit a bug report, if it shows the same behavior.

You need to select each stack individually and put its password in, then repeat that with the next stack in the list. This gives you the freedom to protect only some of the included stacks if you want.
