What property does "set as stack menubar" set?

I just can't find the property being set or unset by  "set as stack
menubar"  in the menuBuilder.

I build a menu, and set that property.

I then clone the stack, and my mac shows the menu in the cloned stack (I
need to clone them dynamically for generating output).

produces a whopping 5 hits on google . . .
