Opening a stack stored in dropbox's public fold

That's to be expected. Unless you're the owner, you can't view the 
source folder of the link. But I'm surprised you get a 400 instead of a 
permissions error.

I just tried the url and the stack loads and opens okay for me in 6.6.5 
and 6.7.1 rc 1, on Mavericks.
