Within the British Isles there is a vast range of cultural nuances (and 
that is just among the "natives", let alone
the recent arrivals from the subcontinent, the Caribbean and Africa). 
Similarly so where I stay in Bulgaria,
which, despite heavy government propaganda (one could say "crap" here 
with impunity) is multicultural
to an alarming extent.

Cultures and national boundaries to not co-occur.
