How to install under Elementary of Mint Linux

Many thanks, Mark.  That worked!

So for anyone else trying to install LC on 64-bit Linux that's:

   sudo apt-get install ia32-libs

   chmod u+x <LC_download_filename>.x86

(gksu seems to be included by default in Elementary Linux and Mint Linux)
