Debugging resizeStack handlers

I've seen this as well, but not in MetaCard so it's not an engine issue.

Given some time I'd like to dig into the IDE code and fix this.  If 
someone gets to it before me I'd be very grateful.

I haven't yet filed a bug report on this - have you?
