Font Substitution in Windows and Firefox.

1. Versions of Windows from Vista onwards pay "merry hell" with
non-standard unicode text in
fields of Livecode standalones by substituting a Windows native font,
even when the non-standard
unicode font is installed on the system.

2. Mozilla Firefox does the same with HTML documents exported from
Livecode (this does NOT
happen with Chrome and Safari).

So . . .

1. Do any Windows mages hereabouts know whether it is possible to
circumvent this, codewise,
in Livecode?

2. Does anybody know how to ensure Firefox does not indulge in font
substitution (possibly via the
html code in a web-page)?

Richmond.
