mobile: prompt for app review

I need to implement this in Read Naturally's One Minute Reader app. Wondering if anyone out there has done this and has a library or and/or example they'd be willing to share. I can roll my own, but I'd like to save a little time if at all possible. I've come across tools like Appirater, but it's an Obj-C class, which, of course, requires one to be using Obj-C. :-)
