Open a stack from DropBox

Jim,

Here's an example:

go url 
"https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6398381/LiveCode/screengrab%20test.livecode"

dl at the start of the URL downloads the file instead of a web page and 
the number is my user account number. LiveCode is a directory.

If I right-click on a file in my public Dropbox folder, I get an option 
to copy the public link.
