IDE Menu Shortcuts

I doubt there's a plugin for that, as it would be some deep IDE script 
changes (lots of menu update code).

Please do submit a request for that.  Or better still, if you have time 
on your hands to dive into the code enough to find where to patch it, if 
you include the patch with your request it may be implemented that much 
faster.
