RELEASE: LiveCode 6.5.1 RC1

Thanks for the email.

6.5.x releases will all be maintenance releases to the 6.5 cycle.

6.5.1 in particular contains a number of fixes and a 'new feature' that is
to fix a bug in 6.5. Android users were unable to access all the pixels of
a device with the changes made in 6.5. This is a bug and the only way to
resolve it was to add the pixelscale property. In general, you'll see that
maintenance cycles only contain fixes, but on occasions you'll see new
features to fix issues.
