The encoding property

Hi Jacque,
Those are the only two my script crashed on.  I was getting the <propname>
of the templateField, where <propname> is a line from the propertynames,
executed within a try/catch block in an attempt to get a full list of
properties for a filed, button, stack, card, etc.  Some got caught in the
catch statement of course but encoding and flaggedRanges were the only ones
that caused an abort.
