Oh, I see - you wan't to move the mouse over the main stack to do this. I
don't think that's going to work with a modal stack at the front. What you
*can* do is have the mouse over the modal stack, use the scrollwheel, and
dispatch the message to the main stack. But it sounds like that's not going
to fit your workflow.
