altkey() down, up & halfway down

Thanks, Jacque . . . as usual I have solved the problem having already 
made myself look
a complete fool all over the use-list . . . LOL

Nothwithstanding the above, I do wonder why Livecode-on-Mac cannot grab 
onto rawKeyDowns
for modifier keys.
