"Badge" in answer modal?

Actually, 'gRevSmallAppIcon' has been broken since LiveCode 4.0 - see <http://quality.runrev.com/show_bug.cgi?id=9421>.

Hi Richmond,

If gRevSmallAppIcon is defined, it should appear as a secondary icon on top of the error, warning, information or question icon of the answer dialog.
